Brian Curtis

Brian Curtis is the principal of Brian Curtis Studio LLC. His work with Forrest Richardson & Associates includes golf development planning, clubhouse concepts and design, and building architecture. Mr. Curtis holds office space within the firm, and is regularly integrated to projects involving architectural design and planning.

Brian received a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Design Degree as well as a Master of Architecture Degree from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. During his professional career, he has worked in the fields of community planning, landscape architecture and the highly specialized practice of golf clubhouse  design. Some of his recent projects on behalf of DF Architecture have included clubhouse and site concepts  for the prestigious Dismal River Club in Nebraska, The Dells Golf Club in Arizona, Wigwam Golf Club in Arizona, and Green Tree Golf Club in California. His role in golf clubhouse, custom homes, and hospitality projects has extended from planning and design to construction documents and construction administration.

Brian was born and raised in rural Oklahoma. He is an avid golfer and outdoors enthusiast. His work is highly regarded for its creative and unexpected use of materials, and for its indigenous relationship to the the land. His work in golf specific projects have received numerous awards and honors.
